adf.ly is a free URL shortening service with a twist. You get paid to share your links on the Internet! Just register for a free account and start make money with your short links.
When you shrink a link, you can choose to display Interstitial or Framed banners that are less intrusive than interstitial ads.
Interstatial adverts pop up before the user can view the content, and make the most money.
Links with framed banner ads display a banner at the top of the browser when the links are clicked. This ad type however makes you less money.
Payment rates around 2$ PPC (Pay Per Click) with interstitials and $0.50 CPM (Cost per 1000 viewer) with banner ads. Rates depend on the country location of the visitors.
The adf.ly referral program is a good way to earn even more money with a 20% rate.

Much like an auction, programming projects are posted and interested programmers bid on them.
Joining is free and bid are limited to maximum 15 projects a month for new members.
